On November 9, 2017, Apple finishes the review of version 11.1.0 of PDF Notes S and it became Ready For Sale.
On November 8, 2017, I uploaded version 11.1.0 of PDF Notes S to App Store

This version has fixed bugs, added some annotation features and slightly improved performance. But this version does not save edits. It will be available in the future version.
This version supports Apple Pencil. You can always draw ink using Apple Pencil independent upon finger drawing. And it also supports multi-fingers tap gestures as the former pdf-notes apps. 1~2 fingers tap shows toolbars or scroll to previous/next. Tap on annotations or long press shows a menu. 3 fingers tap rotates ink tools (and starts finger drawing if no Apple Pencil). 4 fingers tap stops finger drawing.
