On October 17, 2019, Apple finished the review of 13.1.10 of pdf-notes for iPad and it became Ready for Sale.
On October 16, 2019, I uploaded 13.1.10 of pdf-notes for iPad to App Store and it became Waiting for Review. After Apple finishes its review, it will be Ready for Sale.

This version fixed a bug that scroll to open previous or next documents setting value was stored in reverse.
